Lisa Ciesniewski
To HayNet Creative, Lisa brings her passion for the horse, her background in marketing and design and her experience as entrepreneur. Lisa's love for horses and riding began at the early age or six and has continued developing into a lifelong passion. In the past years she has worked alongside a long list of top show jumping professionals developing and promoting horses, riders and equine related businesses. As a rider she has extensive experience both in and out of the show ring; competing, catch riding, preparing horses for juniors and amateurs, working with young horses, and retraining problem horses. Since 2005 Lisa has compiled an impressive portfolio of websites, print media, DVDs and photography with Equine Reflexion.
Noel Ruiz
Noel brings over 13 years of programming and design experience to HayNet Creative and offers tremendous expertise in technology, web applications, and web designs. A passionate and creative entrepreneur, Noel has helped built many small businesses from the ground up, providing services such as designing and programming websites, developing innovative web applications, and building customized ecommerce and booking tools. Despite his many years of experience, Noel continues to be an avid student. He enjoys studying web design trends, learning from his colleagues and his competition and mastering new technology. Both a dreamer and a do-er, Noel enjoys applying his knowledge in order to benefit his clients. He prides himself in succeeding through delivering high quality service and cultivating excellent relationships with all of his clients.
Ann Nguyen
Ann brings to Haynet over 5 years of online marketing experience gained from a variety of industries ranging from established corporations like Kwikset and Price Pfister, to non-profit organizations like the Neurosurgery Journal and Scangrants, to small businesses such as NutraSalt and FurryPhotogs. With a background in English and education (she holds a Masters in English), Ann's talents are in content development and communication strategies, skills which are instrumental to success in online marketing. Today, online marketing is more than driving numbers and gathering market statistics, it's about real connection and engagement with customers via online communication. And Ann is passionate about harnessing the consumers' desire for experience and interaction to help businesses create an online presence and connect with their customers.
